Our new release allows breeders to organise and filter dogs with a few quick taps of your fingers.

Life as a dog breeder is busy – juggling record keeping with caring for your dogs can be a real challenge.

With our latest app release, version 5.5.1, you can personalise your Dogs List with advanced filters, making it easier than ever to find exactly the information you need, when you need it.

See a step-by-step guide on how to filter your Dogs List in Breedera here.

How to organise your breeding dogs in Breedera

The new dog filtering tool is designed to help you sort and organise your dogs based on specific criteria, so you can quickly and easily find the dogs that you need to access or log information for.

Customise your dogs list in Breedera

Simply tap on a filter to filter your dogs list.

Filter dogs by owner

For breeders who co-own dogs or need to log records about externally-owned stud dogs, the ability to filter by owner is a game-changer. Breedera allows you to instantly pull up a list of externally-owned dogs owned, or hide all externally owned dogs, leaving just the ones you own.

Filter dogs by breeding status

Whether you need to track which dogs are currently active in breeding or retired, the breeding status filter simplifies your day-to-day tasks. This makes it easier to manage breeding schedules and plan for future litters, ensuring no dog slips through the cracks.

Show/hide dogs in litters

As a breeder, it’s easy for your dog list to grow quickly, especially when managing both adult dogs and puppies. With the show/hide litters feature, you can choose to only display dogs that are relevant to your current situation, making your list more manageable.

Filter dogs by sex

Filtering by sex is particularly helpful during breeding planning. When you’re deciding which dogs to pair, this filter allows you to quickly pull up a list of males or females, so you can focus on the dogs that are potential matches for your breeding program.

Filter retired dogs

Your retired dogs are still part of your program’s history, but you don’t necessarily need them in your active dog list. The filter for retired dogs allows you to easily reference their information without mixing them up with your active breeders.

Filter deceased dogs

Losing a dog is never easy, but you may still need access to their records. With the new filter, you can hide deceased dogs from everyday viewing, but keep their records and their memory.

Filter archived dogs

If you no longer need to actively manage a dog’s profile but still want to keep their records, archive them. You can filter to show or hide archived dogs as needed, ensuring your list stays clean and up-to-date.
